The office needs to be open for you to pick up and return the key. Hours are:
Mon – Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
Sat and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.
Make sure you finish while they are open so that you can return the key. I missed the window once and had to come back during business hours.
Here is what the building looks like driving south on Hollister:
Entrance is on the south end:
Park in front of the office to get the key. Then enter through the locked gate with code Sue will give you.
Park your car around to the right. Enter building (using code) You’ll take the elevator (using code) up to the third floor and head west to the second to last hallway on your left.
Inside the unit please put small stuff on the side racks, Misc stuff in the black tub and big stuff in the back.
It may not look like it if you are the first one to bring items since we last emptied it by but often our unit overflows with donated equipment. Urgent items like formula and diapers can get lost in the pile. Sometimes we can only take a carful and have to pull everything out to find the critical items. Keeping things organized really helps.
Big stuff at the back. As you add items, watch out for walkers rolling off the shelf onto you!
