Testimonials
My experience at the ranch was quite overwhelming and humbling for me. I was brought to tears witnessing a little girl learning to walk again after having been sent by Sue and Johnny to Portland for scoliosis surgery.
Sue and Johnny put their blood, sweat, and tears into everything they do and are two of the most humble, blessed servants of the Lord south of the border. Many thanks to them for creating such a safe haven for the children in need and their families.

"I visited the ranch and was blown away by the extent of the service being provided by Sue and Juan. As a parent of a single, high functioning special needs child of my own, I could appreciate the monumental task they were successfully taking on. I was amazed to see the number of special needs children Sue and Johnny were caring for and the significant physical and emotional struggles they were navigating with each child. Truly remarkable. Sue and Johnny are the real deal. They are constantly working, seven days a week. They are not just taking on the most challenged kids but doing it successfully on a shoestring budget, sometimes in the dirt without water and electricity. They commuting across town on broken Mexican roads to bring the kids to
the to ranch to provide therapy which is the highlight of their week and sliver of hope. They do so much for so many that I was inspired to help them help others."

"I first met Sue over 10 years ago at her orphanage for disabled children in Tiajuana. I witnessed her love and devotion for the children first hand, and was inspired to do more to help. We built a play set that day, but more importantly, we built friendships with families and their children. I will always remember the birthday parties for the kids, and the other things that she would do to help them to feel as one of her family. After 2 more trips to HIS Wings facility in Rosarito, the scale of her vision has grown, and her care and devotion for the children and their families has not wavered. Sue and Jonny are tireless in their commitment to the neighborhood, and only want what is best for the children. Despite the extremely limited budget, I am amazed at the growth of the facility and the physical and emotional improvement in the children. They remain available for years to come to serve, guide and teach those who few others will reach."

Bringing my special needs son to the ranch was a "dream come true".
After 7 years and 5 months of knocking on doors and asking for answers, I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I know it was Jehovah who responded to my tireless pleas because I know He has the means to answer our prayers.
Ricardo is now "Under His Wings."
For the first time, he has the opportunity to be treated by specialists from another country, geneticists, and a whole group of incredible human beings committed with love to ensure he has the best possible quality of life on this earthly plane.
I have nothing but gratitude for God and all those who have been part of this process, my family, friends, Don Noé Segunda Tata and the entire Carmona family, Dr. Karla Carmona, and Susan Fasino, who comforted my spirit.
