Amazing Dinner!
Our First Ever Partnership Dinner Was A Smashing Success
65 supporters gathered in the Horizon church courtyard on a beautiful fall evening in fellowship to share a delicious meal. This was more than double our original estimate of 30 and thanks to Kenna our chef who graciously flexed as our numbers kept growing, we had fabulous food. From Horizon church, Stephen Paterson led us in prayer and Willy Baptista provided live music. Meanwhile an anonymous donor paid for all of the dinners! Sonja Heintz and Holly Richardson and Esther Patterson put together the lovely table arrangements.
All of this led up to Sue’s heartwarming and powerful talk about her journey from San Diego to become a missionary ion Mexico. If you want to get a feel for what was presented, there is a slideshow presentation below by His Wings volunteer communications director Bradley Heintz.
