About Us
Sue Fasino

As the founder of His Wings Ranch and certified physical therapist Sue is immersed in the hard work of helping others. She lives full time on the ranch and is the life-blood of the program. She started helping disabled kids in Baja while she was also raising her own 4 kids and working as a registered physical therapist in San Diego back in the year 2000.
She has an incredible capacity and resolve to deliver results for kids desperately needing solutions and hope. His Wings Ranch was born out her desire to provide families with special needs with assistance to stay together and still get services.
Juan (Johnny) Garcia

Sue’s husband Juan is an exceptional builder and mechanic. His expertise, stamina and relationships brought the ranch from it’s beginnings as a raw dirt lot far from electricity and water to a facility accommodating 80 kids today. That meant pouring a giant foundation for a house then building the entire house, along with a water storage system and multiple solar power stations to also power the 5 classroom buildings. He is native to Mexico who leverages his construction, contacts and local knowledge to complete what seem like impossible projects. When not building infrastructure from scratch he is mentoring teenagers on the ranch and also raising the three children living with He and Sue in their home.
Jorge

Jorge is responsible for the care of the 4 adult special needs horses and 2 baby horses in training. They need constant care, feeding, exercising and training. He also plays the guitar and wrote a song in honor of one of our kids who passed away tragically.

These Affiliated Organizations Make His Wings Ranch Possible

Serving Hands International has generously supported us by building facilities like the concrete pathways that connect the facilities at the ranch so that kids in wheelchairs and braces can travel from building to building. They also provided significant resources to remodel and secure foundations for the donated portable classroom buildings.

Horizon is our sending church. They donated portable buildings from their school which are now setup at the Ranch. Volunteers also built the wheelchair ramps and back access stairs to each portable. Construction groups helped build the main house as well as the water tank shed and bunk beds.

Fresh Start has provided life changing surgeries to help His Wings kids to straighten collapsed spines, correct twisted limbs and fix poor eyesight. Truly a blessing!

Shriner’s Hospitals across the United States have performed life transforming surgeries for kids at His Wings Ranch who’s parents have applied for and been approved. They graciously offer to perform medical procedures free of charge to children in need.

Sue operates His Wings Ranch as an independent contractor under Commission to Every Nation.
